In this role you lead the professional relations agenda across Italy, Spain and Portugal, while owning select cluster marketing initiatives that align with business priorities. You will partner with Clinical, Marketing, Sales and BI teams to design high-impact programs, strengthen KOL networks, and amplify scientific marketing. You drive cross-functional execution, education support, and data-driven optimization to accelerate digital orthodontics leadership. The position sits at the intersection of science, education and commercial growth, offering visibility across the cluster and regional teams.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement the Professional Relations strategy for Italy and Iberia aligned with cluster AOP, EMEA guidance and global objectives
• Identify, develop and maintain high-value relationships with KOLs, speakers, faculty and academic institutions
• Shape scientific marketing initiatives, clinical evidence creation and dissemination plans
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to engage universities and academic institutions
• Ensure Professional Relations programs support business growth, customer engagement, loyalty and education objectives
• Lead select cluster marketing projects beyond Professional Relations (customer engagement, localization, product activation,



congress amplification, segmentation, educational campaigns)
• Contribute to cluster marketing planning and execution, coordinating workstreams and delivering outputs on time
• Capture insights from partners and customers to inform marketing plans, product feedback and education needs
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with local, regional and central teams for integrated planning
• Develop ROI analyses and dashboards with BI teams to measure impact and inform strategy
• Serve as escalations point for sensitive partner issues to maintain loyalty and stakeholder experience
• Support planning and governance for commercial milestones and governance forums
• Represent Align at educational events, xqbhyrx congresses, advisory boards, and customer visits across Italy and Iberia
