In this role you will design and own scalable data platforms and analytics workstreams for clients across industries. You will lead data engineering efforts, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver advanced analytics solutions. Your work supports rapid AI adoption and meaningful business impact at scale, backed by a strong learning and mentorship culture. You will operate in a fast‑paced, ethical, high‑performance environment that values curiosity and collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in object‑oriented languages (Python, Scala, Java)
• Experience building data pipelines in production for advanced analytics
• Experience with structured, semi‑structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Containerization xqbhyrx experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills in English; proficient in Spanish or Portuguese
• Ability to travel
• Proven experience with PySpark, PyData stack, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS
• Experience with data quality assessment and reproducible workflows
