In this role you drive advanced technical support for Direct to Chip Liquid Cooling and other cooling systems, guiding clients to higher efficiency while collaborating with sales and Ru0026amp;D. You’ll troubleshoot complex problems, train technical audiences, and validate new technologies to support transformative projects across Europe. You’ll lead pilots, document savings, and help craft market strategies to grow our innovative solutions. This is a remote, travel-heavy role with a focus on sustainability and cross-functional impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to advance technical sales opportunities
• Consult on thermal management solutions to improve cooling performance
• Understand client technology needs and provide training and implementation support
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve application and best-practice issues at sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on Innovation projects from ideation to launch
• Lead innovation pilots, technical trials, and market trials
• Deliver value through a problem-solving mindset and measurable impact
• Facilitate training for associates and customers to build capability
• Coach colleagues on processes, applications, technologies, and value documentation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience (technical implementation, xqbhyrx production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support)
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling systems
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Proven ability to travel across Europe
• Demonstrated capability in complex chemistry, automation, digital, and engineered solutions
