In this role you will design internal platforms and tools that enable Revolut to operate at scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn fragmented workflows into structured, scalable solutions. You will shape AI tooling, support platforms, and back-office systems, driving efficient experiences for integral operations. You will balance speed, usability, and technical constraints while turning complex requirements into clear product logic. This role offers the chance to impact how internal teams work and collaborate across the organization.

• Design complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows
• Architect large-scale systems with end-to-end behavior mapping across multi-step processes
• Build scalable UI/UX patterns for internal tools balancing speed, usability, and constraints




• Translate ambiguous or technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign for scale and performance
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years designing world-class in-house products, preferably internal tools or platforms
• Portfolio showcasing complex product or systems design work
• Strong design skills xqbhyrx across web platforms
• Ability to think strategically about product decisions and articulate rationale
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design, including backend-driven workflows
• Ownership mindset over design processes
• Focus on UX and understanding operational user behavior
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces with complex states and dense workflows
• Knowledge of typography and grids
