Overview

Responsibilities

- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines

- Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions

- Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment

Requirements

-

- C2 level of French and advanced English

- Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive

- Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus

- Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher)
