Responsibilities

-

- Support Senior Design Director by supervising design processes for new projects executed by external Architecture and Design studios.

- Design and develop innovative interior concepts for in‑house projects.

- Translate concepts into outstanding designs.

- Create visual and technical documentation, including mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models.

- Assist in formulating Group Design Guidelines for internal and external teams.

- Research and present FF&E; designs, including bespoke furniture and technical detailing, in coordination with the specifications team.

- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress.

- Manage time and workload to meet project deadlines and commitments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.





- 5+ years of senior interior design experience in hospitality and F&B; projects.

- Full understanding of project processes from concept to site implementation.

- Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening, and writing skills.

- Organized team player.

- Full professional proficiency in English.

- International experience in similar‑scale projects is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing time and resources.

- Proficient in industry‑standard computer skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office.

- 3D skills (Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion) are a plus.
