In this role you help customers optimize Direct to Chip Liquid Cooling and other cooling water systems, driving efficiency and new technology adoption. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex client problems, train technical audiences, and validate innovative solutions that support sustainability goals. You will support sales teams with technical insights and help shape market opportunities through pilots and trials. This position blends hands-on technical problem solving with strategic collaboration across Ru0026amp;D, marketing, and field teams, with a focus on measurable impact.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client problems related to cooling and water treatment
• Train technical audiences and coach internal stakeholders
• Recommend operational efficiency improvements for utility systems and validate new technologies
• Support corporate-level technical sales activities and presentations
• Identify market and product opportunities and assist in marketing plan development




• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams on technical sales opportunities
• Consult on thermal management solutions to improve cooling performance
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving at customer sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational savings in reports
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
• Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials, and market trials
• Deliver customer value through a problem-solving mindset
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to associates and xqbhyrx customers
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong technical knowledge of liquid cooling systems and solutions
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe (50%+ overnight)
