In this role you ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of critical applications within a regulated banking environment. You will collaborate with technology and business teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve day-to-day production activities. The position focuses on mainframe-based operations, incident handling, and alignment with change and release processes. This is a hands-on role at a globally renowned bank that values inclusion and cross-functional collaboration, offering meaningful impact on clients and operations.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide Level 2 application technical support to ensure availability and performance of critical systems
• Operate and support applications across Mainframe environments




• Monitor applications with observability tools and proactively resolve incidents and recurring issues
• Support change, release and incident management processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Own specific application areas or processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience in application operations, systems administration, or production support
• Deep background on mainframe xqbhyrx systems including CICS, JCL, COBOL and DB2
• Experience with OPC, EDITRAN, Omegamon and other IBM tools
• Demonstrable experience with zOS IBM environment
• Proficiency in English; Spanish for local collaboration
