As Data Architect u0026amp; Engineer at Symrise you will shape the enterprise data strategy and build foundations for digital and AI transformation. You’ll design scalable data architectures and partner with technology and business teams to translate needs into robust solutions. You will drive modern data platforms, governance, and performance improvements to enable analytics-led decisions. This role sits at the Barcelona Data u0026amp; AI Hub, contributing to a global, collaborative data ecosystem. Your work will directly impact innovation and growth across Symrise’s digital initiatives.

• Design and drive enterprise-wide data architecture and engineering solutions
• Define scalable data models, standards, and architectural principles
• Build and optimize modern data platforms and pipelines to support business needs

Responsabilidades
• Experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical disciplines
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and integration concepts
• Experience designing scalable data models and enterprise architectures
• Knowledge of data pipelines, xqbhyrx databases, and large-scale data environments
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions
• Passion for innovation and enabling data-driven transformation
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
