In this role you drive strategic transformation for Allianz Group entities, focusing on growth, digitalization, and operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape market positioning and execution, leading initiatives from market entries to organizational redesign. You’ll mentor juniors, support client relationships, and help implement change programs. This role offers fast ownership, high-impact projects, and a path to thought leadership within a trusted, globally integrated firm.

• Deliver strategic consulting across transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence
• Lead strategic initiatives such as market entry, growth strategy, and digital transformation
• Analyze business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights for strategic decisions
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align goals and plans
• Support change management and implementation planning for programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in strategy or management consulting
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption for transformation
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and market analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead engagements
• Experience in change management and organizational design
• Advanced MS Office 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel) and strategic xqbhyrx modeling tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence capability
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages a plus
• Financial services industry experience is mandatory; insurance industry a plus but not required
• Interest in digital strategy, innovation, and technology; familiarity with IT/GenAI valued
