As an Implementation Manager, you will drive the digitalization of our Trade Finance customers by delivering end-to-end eBanking deployments. You will lead live demonstrations, onboarding, and seamless configuration across front-end assets within the CIB EMEA scope. You’ll manage contracts, registrations, and user activations while resolving client queries to ensure continuous service. This role combines project delivery with stakeholder collaboration to transform how clients access Trade Finance services and embrace digital tools.

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of banking or Trade Finance valued
• Fluency in English and French mandatory
• Exceptional organizational xqbhyrx skills to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and ability to perform cold calls
