As an IT Data Analyst at Roche, you translate operational data into actionable insights that improve service delivery and drive the AI and Automation Roadmap for the Engineering L1 Support Team. You work within Global Operations to identify efficiency gains, support CSI, and apply AI solutions to complex service environments. You will design dashboards that reveal performance beyond SLAs and help standardize Level 2 processes. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional initiatives and impact healthcare operations at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze service data (ticket volume, MTTR, SLAs) to identify costly tasks and automation opportunities, including Shift-Left
• Support AI/AIOps initiatives by building data-driven business cases and measuring ROI
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards focusing on quality metrics beyond traditional SLAs
• Drive CSI by standardizing L2 processes for MSP absorption and resolving ambiguities with data
• Present insights and recommendations to Service Owners, xqbhyrx leadership, and vendors with clear, fact-based communication
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of experience analyzing operational/service data with process-improvement focus
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience in complex managed services
• Experience contributing to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
