In this role you support Siemens Mobility’s Cornellà factory to strengthen safety and environmental performance. You will design and rollout EHS processes, monitor compliance, and report on regulatory changes, helping to embed a proactive safety culture. You work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with local and international requirements. This position offers impact across operations and external stakeholder relations at a historic, leading-edge plant.

• Designs and coordinates internal EHS guidelines and processes
• Plans and executes rollout of EHS programs and monitors milestones
• Analyses adherence to EHS standards and prepares regular reporting




• Reviews changes in EHS laws and recommends updates to internal standards
• Supports internal and external EHS audits
• Prepares external EHS reporting for authorities and stakeholders
• Maintains contact with external authorities
• Trains employees and management on EHS topics
• Keeps up-to-date with regional/local regulations and standards
Responsabilidades
• Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention xqbhyrx (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosociology) or Degree in Environmental Sciences
• Knowledge of EMAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of local and international legislation
• Experience in continuous improvement and cultural transformation projects
• Strong communication and influencing skills
