In this role you will lead global governance, risk, and compliance as the primary architect of Ebury’s security frameworks. You’ll bridge technical security and business risk to enable general expansion, ensuring the ISMS is audit-ready across jurisdictions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Security by Design in new products and international initiatives. You drive mature, metrics-driven risk management and advanced security awareness, shaping the company’s security posture at scale. This is a strategic, high-impact position in a fast-growing fintech.

• Design, implement, and mature the global GRC framework aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and DORA
• Own the risk assessment lifecycle, quantifying and communicating risk to stakeholders
• Lead external audits and remediation to maintain multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Mature the Third-Party Risk Management program and define vendor security standards




• Proactively monitor regulatory developments and map roadmaps for fintech-specific risks
• Lead selection and rollout of automated GRC platforms for robust operations
• Provide strategic advisory for new product launches and international expansions with Security by Design
• Design and lead security awareness programs with metrics-driven insights
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Information Security, GRC, or Risk Management
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, FCA/DORA, NIST, etc.
• Experience with risk management processes, control frameworks, xqbhyrx and security metrics
• Hands-on with GRC or risk platforms (e.g., OneTrust)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or ISO 27001; Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred
