As a Fraud Analyst at Qonto, you help safeguard German market customers by spotting and preventing fraud across payments and financing. You join a newly formed fraud team that specializes in scams, phishing, and account takeover, shaping prevention strategies. You will analyze transactions, assess risks for new products, and collaborate with Risk and AML teams to enhance detection capabilities. This role offers hands-on fraud exposure, learning opportunities, and meaningful impact on customer trust and safety.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and analyze transactions to identify fraud patterns (scams, phishing, account takeover)
• Perform risk assessments for new products/features with a focus on onboarding fraud prevention
• Investigate potential fraud cases and implement preventive measures across financing and payment products




• Collaborate with Risk and AML teams to strengthen detection capabilities and align strategies
• Provide high-quality, timely fraud analysis while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of experience in fraud detection, AML, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and German; primarily for the German market
• Strong analytical and creative thinking to detect patterns xqbhyrx and solve complex cases
• Effective communication with customers and counterparties in fraud investigations
