You join a fast-growing cybersecurity and SaaS platform to lead regional sales in a defined territory. You drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mid-to-large accounts and building lasting relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. You position Cato’s integrated security and networking solutions as essential to customers’ long-term success and act as a trusted advisor. You leverage data to refine strategy, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and grow the partner ecosystem with MSSPs and VARs. This role offers the chance to shape market leadership in a cutting-edge SASE platform.

• Own the regional sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the assigned territory
• Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs) and align solutions with business needs




• Position products as integral to customers’ long-term success and act as trusted advisor
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and maintain momentum
• Use sales intelligence, win-loss analysis, and pipeline metrics to optimize strategy
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices
• Develop relationships with MSSPs, VARs, and strategic partners to expand reach
• Stay informed about industry trends to maintain market leadership
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years xqbhyrx in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related fields
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions
• Relationship-driven with ability to build trust with stakeholders
• Collaborative experience with partners and system integrators
• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan to drive business in Barcelona
