In this role you will monitor Amazon's general EV charging network, quickly respond to incidents, and coordinate remote support to minimize downtime. You will work 24/7 with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, analyze performance data, and drive improvements for reliability. The position supports sustainability goals under the Climate Pledge by ensuring charging infrastructure performs reliably for our transportation network. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines technical troubleshooting with proactive optimization.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Continuously monitor global EV charging stations and identify anomalies




• Respond to alarms and process tickets, POs, and invoices per SOPs
• Serve as field contact for technical problems and escalate to vendors or teams
• Provide remote diagnostic support to on-site technicians to minimize downtime
• Analyze data to detect trends and develop reliability improvements
• Maintain records xqbhyrx of issues, escalations, and resolutions with dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RME field, operations, sustainability, external stakeholders) for timely resolution
Responsabilidades
• Advanced English at CEFR B2/C1
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
