As Engineering Manager (Infrastructure), you will lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and MLOps teams to build and operate foundational platforms that enable scalable, secure software delivery. You’ll shape the organisation, hire and develop talent, and partner with senior technical leaders to align roadmaps with business goals. You’ll drive reliability, security, and operational excellence while fostering an ownership-driven culture. This role offers impact across cloud platforms, tooling, and AI workloads within a global, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple xqbhyrx teams in a complex tech environment
• Strong background in performance management, workforce planning, and organizational scaling
• Experience building high-performing teams through structured hiring and talent development
