As part of the Open Cloud Platforms (OCP) division in Madrid, you will lead Terraform Enterprise initiatives and act as a mentor within the CoE Automation. You will champion Infrastructure-as-Code practices and guide teams toward standardized, scalable automation to accelerate our cloud-native transformation. You’ll own platform governance, policy enforcement, and module development while collaborating with security and development teams. This role offers high impact through shaping our IaC ecosystem and ensuring resilient, compliant production environments.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Configure Terraform Enterprise settings (teams, access controls, policies)
• Maintain Organizational Policy as Code (OPA) and enforce policies with Sentinel
• Manage workspace configurations, execution modes, backups, and DR for Terraform Enterprise
• Develop and maintain central modules and providers for the community
• Ensure integration between Terraform Enterprise and tool ecosystem (AAP, Vault, GitLab)




• Troubleshoot complex execution issues, runs, and state management
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with security and development teams on compliance
Responsabilidades
• Terraform Enterprise: 3+ years hands-on experience
• Deep expertise in IaC principles, Private Module Registries, and state management
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• HashiCorp Certifications (Terraform Associate or Professional) xqbhyrx preferred
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, or Ruby) preferred
• Knowledge of Vault, Consul, Nomad and Kubernetes/Helm preferred
• Operational French is a plus
• Analytical mindset, autonomous under pressure, good cross-functional communication
