¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Coordinate all IT projects and activities.
- Act as a bridge between local business users (Florida - USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid - Spain).
- Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
- Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
- Define applications roadmap in coordination with Corporate IT.
- Manage budget adherence.
- Make sure all projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
- Ensure quality of the key project phases (definition, design, testing and training).
- Ensure the right level of documentation in all projects.
- Monitor progress of IT projects and activities, identifying dependencies or bottlenecks.




- Communicate to business directors and IT Director the progress of IT projects.
- Communicate clearly decisions to senior management.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- +10 years of experience in international IT projects.
- Confirmed Project Management experience.
- Experience implementing ERP and CRM.
- Experience coordinating several projects in parallel.
- Ability to manage project budget.
- Must have experience dealing with various levels within company.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Capacity to motivate the team and manage key users in a project environment.
- Good presentation skills.
- It is plus: Oracle JD-Edwards and Salesforce Sales experience, working experience in USA.
