In this regional role you drive cell therapy trial operations across multiple sites, aligning science, operations and patient care to accelerate trials and future commercial delivery. You will guide centers through activation, ongoing clinical workflows and quality oversight, connecting frontline teams with experts to remove barriers and sustain high standards. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, shaping scalable, patient-centered service lines across countries, and travel to sites to support execution.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Shape regional site strategy with leadership to enable faster patient access and trial readiness
• Lead risk-based site activation, certification and training programs for new centers
• Oversee end-to-endcell therapy workflows (apheresis, product handling, infusion, documentation) to ensure quality
• Drive quality and compliance within regulatory frameworks (FACT) including audit readiness, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional work with program management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, medical, market access, compliance,



and commercial
• Engage investigators, physicians, nurses and site leadership to establish patient-centered service lines
• Act as operations readiness liaison aligning site needs with supply chain timelines and COI/COC
• Design and deliver training for site staff and junior team members
• Address SOP deviations, implement corrective actions and share guidelines to improve performance
• Lead research and reporting on standards and guidelines across multiple countries and contexts
• Travel up to 50% to engage sites and support xqbhyrx activations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with hands-on cell therapy experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 8+ years in cell therapy with leadership experience
• Expertise in service lines, including infrastructure, resourcing and quality metrics
• Proven ability to deliver on timelines, cost and quality; strong collaboration skills
• Excellent knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations
• Experience selecting or overseeing external providers and contracts
