Technical Service & Development – Polyurethane Viscoelastic Foam

Home Applications Industry

Among the main responsibilities are:

-

- Provide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers.





- Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.

- Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.

- Share insights to support R&D; and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.

We are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Polymers, Material Science, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience as a technical applications engineer in flexible polyurethane and viscoelastic foams, with applications in consumer/home products. xqbhyrx Willingness to travel for business and a fluent level of English are essential.
