In this role you support the internal consulting team with a strong focus on supply management, operational analytics, and growth strategies. You translate data into actionable decisions, pinpoint bottlenecks in the supply funnel, and help scale growth across multiple cities. You will partner with Operations, Growth, City Leads, and Strategy to build dashboards and drive data-driven optimization. This is a hands-on position that combines analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic execution to shape Huspy’s expansion.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate supply (agents, properties, portfolios, performance by area and cohort)
• Provide analytical support to define and prioritize growth initiatives
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards (supply, performance, conversion, efficiency)
• Use SQL to extract, clean,
and analyze data from multiple sources
• Identify improvement opportunities across the supply acquisition, activation, and productivity funnel
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions (expansion, incentives, resource allocation)
• Measure the impact of growth initiatives and support data-driven optimization
• Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, analytics, or strategy
• Previous experience in consulting (strategic or operational) or highly analytical roles in startups/scale-ups
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
