As HSE Leader for the Owner's Project, you will steer HSSEQ performance across EPC/FEED activities and handover to the Owner. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, ensure compliance with HSE management systems and regulations, and develop/project-wide HSE plans. You will drive risk management, emergency response, and incident investigations to safeguard personnel and the environment while enabling on-time, within-budget project delivery. This role blends safety leadership with a focus on sustainable, value-driven outcomes within a global energy context.

• Champion Project Safety culture and engagement
• Lead a team of HSE professionals (Lead HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE Officers)
• Ensure HSE management system compliance and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement annual HSE plans
• Coordinate HSE input across EPC phase and design to construction interfaces
• Oversee PTW system, gas testing, and H2S awareness
• Lead emergency response planning and drills




• Perform root cause analysis and incident investigations
• Manage project-wide HSSEQ performance tracking and reporting
• Interface with Owner's Operations, Maintenance and HSSE management
• Ensure construction HSE plans meet Owner's standards and contract requirements
• Chair weekly HSSEQ meetings and drive corrective actions
• Monitor HSSEQ leading/lagging indicators and benchmarks
• Oversee permits, environmental and EIA needs with design and construction teams
• Provide HSSE training and foster safety leadership across Owner and Contractors xqbhyrx
Responsabilidades
• 4yrs Bachelor Engineering degree
• NEBOSH GCriGC
• Diploma in Safety /HSE
• Lead auditor ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical, including at least 5 years in GCC
• Experience in PMC roles
• Extensive Offshore, Brownfield, and EPC experience
• ADNOC project experience preferred
• English fluency in speaking, reading and writing
• Strong HSE management and risk assessment proficiency
