In this role you will oversee operational and technological risk within Allianz Technology, acting in the second line of defense to strengthen risk management and internal controls. You will work with IT, cybersecurity, compliance and business teams to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk, and to support governance through reporting and risk forums. The position offers the chance to shape the risk culture and contribute to regulatory and internal audit programs. You will operate in a modern tech environment and leverage your analytical skills to protect critical systems and data.

• Coordinate identification and assessment of operational and technological risks
• Define and monitor mitigation plans and corrective actions
• Perform control testing and evaluate design/effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent (cybersecurity/risk management training is a plus)
• 4-6 years of experience in IT/operational risk management, internal control, IT audit, xqbhyrx or digital environments
• English B2 minimum (mandatory)
• Knowledge of risk u0026 control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO
• Strong technical profile with analytical thinking and independent oversight capability
• Risk-oriented mindset and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
