Lead a strategic, hands-on team delivering an AI-powered Market Intelligence layer for all GPO Category teams. Drive cost analytics, should-costing, and Value Engineering workflows, while building scalable AI tools and a data infrastructure (knowledge hub and data lake). Partner with Category Managers, Cost Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, speed, and intelligence quality. Shape governance, data sources, and self-serve adoption to enable procurement excellence at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define the MI agent roadmap across L1 categories and establish AI governance for accuracy and freshness
• Drive self-serve adoption KPIs and scale the AI tool ecosystem
• Own the intelligence data supply chain, vet 3P/public sources, and define category-level truth
• Lead and develop a team of AI u0026 MI Solutions Specialists
• Partner with Category Managers, Cost Engineering,



and cross-functional teams to align intelligence with cost and VE workflows
• Structure market data, benchmarks, and cost indices for ingestion into should-cost models
• Own the SE Knowledge Hub and core data-lake governance and taxonomy
• Directly support should-costing projects and feed data into VE workflows
• Manage external 3P data providers and technology partners
• Ensure assets are discoverable and usable for humans and AI ingestion
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience xqbhyrx in program or project management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience deploying AI/ML or advanced analytics in a business context
• Track record transforming manual processes into self-serve/automated models
• Relevant strategic sourcing and category management experience in indirect categories
