As Engineering Manager for the Cloud Foundations within Platform Engineering, you shape the core cloud platform that enables product teams to build, deploy, and run apps securely. You guide a team of engineers to evolve foundational cloud systems into self-service, developer-centric products, scaling AWS-based baselines, networking, and IaC tooling. You own strategy, execution, and organizational design to improve developer velocity, platform resilience, and security across the company. This role offers impact on the cloud ecosystem and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the Cloud Foundations segment, turning cloud capabilities into self-service products
• Empower engineering teams to provision infrastructure, manage secrets, and deploy workloads via APIs, tooling, and guardrails
• Oversee core platform capabilities (AWS account management, access management,
multi-account baseline, Terraform IaC, Privileged Access Platform)
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on cloud architecture, infrastructure, and platform engineering
• Improve automation, observability, resiliency, and secure-by-default practices while balancing velocity and security
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Product to align platform goals and drive adoption across the business
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading platform, cloud infrastructure, xqbhyrx SRE or DevOps teams in complex or enterprise settings
• Deep AWS cloud architecture experience and automated multi-account management
• Track record of turning foundational cloud infrastructure into self-service, product-led platforms
