Senior Procurement Associate at Factorial leads procurement strategy and supplier management across the company, with ownership of tech stack spend and vendor contracts. You will drive contract negotiation, renewal planning, and cross-functional partnering to deliver cost-effective, scalable procurement operations. You’ll oversee purchasing processes (Oracle NetSuite) and maintain compliant documentation while building strategic supplier relationships. This role offers the chance to shape procurement at a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS leader and scale processes from the ground up.

• Manage Factorial's tech stack end-to-end, ensuring visibility, ownership, and optimization of software and vendor spend
• Lead contract negotiation and renewal planning, managing timelines to avoid auto-renewals and secure favorable terms
• Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments for timely, scalable procurement
• Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite with accurate documentation and compliance
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and contract structure
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance,



and Accounting leadership to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain contract/supplier documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency
Responsabilidades
• Proven senior-level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance
• Strong contract negotiation and renewal planning experience with multiple vendors
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is a plus
• xqbhyrx Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive process-improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Takes ownership of procurement, shows leadership and autonomy, and can scale processes from the ground up
