Open for both experienced and entry‑level professionals familiar with Workday. The role is part of a rapidly growing multicultural team across Europe and Latin America, working on international projects with leading companies in all sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly.
- Lead workshops and working sessions with large, global organizations to gather, interpret, and document requirements, especially for Core HCM.
- Design, prototype, test, and deliver Workday configurations, demonstrating prototypes to secure customer acceptance.
- Assist clients throughout the testing phase of the Workday solution.
- Prepare and provide status reports to the Engagement Manager and keep stakeholders informed of overall project progress.
- Offer subject‑matter expertise on key business process decisions, industry nuances, and functional areas.
- Support Workday operations by recommending monitoring improvements, creating metrics, and enforcing data and process standards in Core HCM.




- Participate in the Workday Community, contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, and collaborating with other customers and user groups.
- Advocate for and apply Workday best practices and the Workday Implementation Methodology in all engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of how technology is reshaping businesses.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Creative and analytical problem‑solving abilities with a prioritization mindset.
- Continuous desire to acquire new knowledge and a passion for teamwork.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
Work Location & Travel
Madrid or Barcelona. Availability to travel as needed.
