In this role you will design, develop and maintain Java-based applications on the Flowable BPM platform to automate and optimize business processes. You will work on a client project in the private banking sector, contributing to scalable integrations and real-time data flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, focusing on automation and operational efficiency. This position offers hands-on exposure to modern BPM tooling, container orchestration, and CI/CD within a hybrid Madrid setting that supports impactful digital transformation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop Java-based applications using Flowable BPM
• Design API interfaces to integrate with internal and external systems
• Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and Kubernetes for orchestration
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment




• Perform database design and management with SQL databases
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs within Spring Boot to interact with Flowable engines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency
• Document development processes and system architecture
Responsabilidades
• Java development experience xqbhyrx
• Flowable and/or Camunda BPM expertise
• Experience with Stream data in Kafka and container orchestration in Kubernetes
• Spring Boot and REST API development
• CI/CD implementation experience
• SQL database design and optimization
• Strong collaboration and requirement analysis skills
• Experience in a dynamic client-focused or banking environment (preferred)
• Hybrid work setup in Madrid city center
