In this role you will manage KYC processes and documentation, coordinating initial calls and ongoing follow-ups. You will identify UBOs and PEPs, assess sanctions and embargo information, and classify PEP risk levels under supervision. You will ensure compliance with international regulations (FATCA, CRS/AEOI, MiFID) and monitor documentation throughout the lifecycle. You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, challenge relationship managers on KYC matters, and support ad hoc projects and training for newcomers. This position offers impact in risk management and regulatory compliance within a cross-functional team.

• Prepare, coordinate and participate in kick-off calls
• Collect, analyze, verify and archive KYC documents; identify UBOs and PEPs; check sanctions/embargo info




• Contribute to evaluating customer sensitivity under SBO supervision
• Review embargoes and PEP vigilance; use databases per local practice
• Propose PEP classifications (High-risk or not)
• Analyze and archive legal documents such as dealing mandates and guarantees (enhanced signature check)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FATCA, CRS/AEOI, MiFID)
• Monitor follow-up elements related to documentation xqbhyrx
• Trigger recertification/review on behalf of the SBO (scheduled recertifications)
• Liaise with external/internal clients and stakeholders on KYC matters
• Challenge Relationship Managers on KYC matters
• Assist team leader with ad hoc projects
• Train newcomers
• Perform review/analysis of high-risk customers
• Status reporting
