In this role you will support Wise Energy’s international solar asset management operations, focusing on Chilean assets and integration with Madrid-based leadership. You will maintain accurate management accounts, reports, and financial commentary across SPVs and group entities, while driving efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver timely financial insights and support sustainable growth. This is a hands-on position that emphasizes process improvement, robust controls, and partnership across in-house and outsourced finance functions. You will be at the core of the finance function enabling a cleaner energy transition.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for SPVs and group entities
• Produce financial reporting packs, dashboards, and commentary with variance analysis against budgets/forecasts
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards and group policies
• Deliver financial information to internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors within deadlines
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity/working capital monitoring
• Perform cash reconciliations and investigate variances
• Oversee local tax compliance with external advisors and ensure timely filings/payments
• Coordinate auditor queries and support statutory audits




• Maintain finance SOPs, controls, and documentation
• Support implementation and improvement of finance systems (ERP, payments, reporting tools)
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Technical teams and external service providers
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and reporting enhancements
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing
• Practical bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with Chilean GAAP advantageous but core accounting principles essential
• Budgeting, forecasting, xqbhyrx and reporting skills
• 4+ years in accounting or financial management in international/multi-entity environment
• Experience with accounting software
• Knowledge of Netsuite advantageous
• Renewable energy experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with third-party service providers (local accountants, auditors, tax advisors)
• Strong presentation and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English
