In this role, you lead sourcing and closing strategies to influence hiring outcomes and drive impactful recruiting programs. You’ll navigate ambiguity, deliver independently, and foster an inclusive environment while shaping cross-regional hiring. You will collaborate with diverse teams to advance talent attraction and candidate experience, contributing to Emburse’s mission of humanizing the hiring journey. This position offers the chance to mentor others and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and impact.

• Own sourcing and closing plans for recruiting programs
• Lead scalable sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous contexts

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in xqbhyrx recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Proven ability to source and close candidates in ambiguous situations
• Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences
• Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects
• Experience driving process improvements and tool adoption
• Experience with cross-regional hiring initiatives
