As a Senior HVAC Engineer at AECOM Spain Building Services, you will lead the design of HVAC, Controls and Plumbing systems for diverse building projects. You’ll guide technical design across the project lifecycle and collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and other specialists to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant environments. You’ll perform calculations, evaluate design alternatives, and support site visits to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a growth-focused role in a integral team delivering impactful infrastructure solutions.

• Design HVAC, Controls and Plumbing facilities
• Perform HVAC calculations and analysis using standard industry programs

• Evaluate design alternatives for cost-effectiveness and recommend implementations
• Develop technical specifications, plans,

• Ensure compliance with codes and standards/practices

Responsabilidades
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• 10–15 years of related HVAC/Mechanical Design Engineering experience for diverse buildings
• Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards
• Proficiency in engineering calculation software xqbhyrx (HAP, Cype, Lider, Calener and/or similar); IES knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Plumbing and Fire Protection design experience is a plus
• Experience with Revit is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to convey complex solutions in early design phases
