In this role you will design and drive the Mediterranean communications strategy to elevate Louis Vuitton’s desirability in the region. You will partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to align on brand elevation and regional business goals. You’ll shape innovative PR and communications programs, monitor trends, and tailor messages for luxury audiences to maintain a leadership position. This opportunity lets you influence strategy, partnerships, and events across multiple countries while working in a dynamic, general luxury environment.

• Define and execute the Mediterranean communication strategy aligned with global/EMEA direction and regional business goals
• Lead and mentor the regional communications team to drive high performance
• Set the paid media strategy with the global media team focusing on performance
• Maintain a 360-degree press strategy and strong social media presence for LV in the region
• Collaborate with global talent teams on celebrity and influence initiatives in the Mediterranean




• Manage the regional PR budget per global/EMEA guidance and monitor KPIs
• Oversee regional communication agencies across Portugal, Turkey and Greece
• Coordinate with HO cross-functional teams to ensure cross-channel alignment
• Work with Client Development on local events, store openings, and regional activities
• Liaise with Mediterranean retail stores to align seasonal directives, goals, and KPIs
• Share communication results to support clienteling and drive sales
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience leading PR, communications, and media for a retail organization
• Experience with luxury brands xqbhyrx is a plus
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
• Proven track record in managing events (store openings, etc.)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across multiple business units
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and craft
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social tools
• Highly agile and able to operate amid ambiguity
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel
