About the role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People and Culture (P&C;) team. This position offers hands‑on experience in HR and contributes to creating an exceptional employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews and distribute assessments for various roles, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand the pool of qualified candidates.
- Partner with the HR team on recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
- Maintain and update employee records using HR systems, gaining exposure to enterprise cloud technologies.
- Administer background checks for new hires and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.




- Troubleshoot HR-related issues and assist managers and leaders in creating a positive, thriving work environment.
Who you are
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to grow with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Excel skills are welcome.
- Fluent in English (bonus points for 1–2 additional EU languages).
- Self‑starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to the team.
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Base Salary & Benefits
Base salary compensation range will be offered within the stated range. A target bonus is available. The role is based in Madrid’s hybrid work environment, with four days in‑office each week and additional benefits to enhance flexibility.
