As Continuous Improvement Lead at the Bilbao site, you drive operational excellence through the Bunge Production System. You partner with plant leadership to identify productivity opportunities, shape the annual CI roadmap, and advance KPI performance. You’ll train teams in Lean and Six Sigma, lead CI events, and champion a culture of problem-solving and sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and coordinate the site's Bunge Production System (BPS) program
• Drive the CI pillar within BPS and implement CI methodologies
• Identify productivity opportunities and develop an annual productivity roadmap
• Improve operational KPIs through structured CI projects
• Facilitate CI events (Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, Yellow Belt projects)
• Train and coach operators in CI tools and methodologies
• Deliver Lean and Six Sigma training across the site
• Mentor teams to identify, prioritize,



and execute improvement projects
• Cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Leadership
• Contribute to 5S deployment and sustainability across plant areas
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing
• Proven experience leading teams or improvement initiatives
• Experience driving CI programs in industrial settings
• Food manufacturing or related exposure preferred
• xqbhyrx Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English
• Willingness to travel
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of TPM, TPS, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, 5S
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
