In this role you shape how the firm sources and manages external tech talent, connecting business leaders with specialized workers to deliver top-tier client outcomes. You will lead category strategy, build elite talent networks, and partner with suppliers to optimize the external workforce program at scale. Your work focuses on value, risk management, and compliant delivery across geographies, enabling global tech delivery capabilities. Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
• Operational experience within a large, general contingent workforce program
• Strong analytical ability; proficient with Excel and data-driven modeling
• Experience producing executive-ready materials (PowerPoint, xqbhyrx contracts, sourcing docs)
• Demonstrated credible leadership and collaborative style
• Ability to build trusted, non-hierarchical relationships across geographies and functions
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, autonomous, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders
