In this role you own the execution of the firm's third-party anti-corruption workstream, shaping controls and risk management across integral partners. You will collaborate with Ethics u0026amp; Compliance, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit to enhance due diligence, monitoring, and actioning risk insights. The position offers high-growth development in a fast-paced, ethical environment with exposure to cross-functional leadership and complex governance challenges. You will drive measurable improvements in the third-party program while contributing to a mission-driven, high-performance culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, execute and monitor third-party intermediary (TPI) controls
• Conduct risk ranking analyses and improve consistency and turnaround time in due diligence
• Translate risk insights into concrete preventive and detective actions
• Monitor TPI transactions (e.g., General Ledger, PSS Charge Code Monitoring, Internal Audits testing)
• Engage with onboarding teams and other Ethics u0026 Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit stakeholders to ensure appropriate reviews




• Enhance and strengthen the firm’s third-party program through collaboration with key functions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of managerial experience in ethics, compliance, risk, legal, audit, or governance in a multinational organization
• Senior presence with credible leadership, project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong influencer with collaborative style and ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to analyze and report on key xqbhyrx metrics
• Ability to develop AI capabilities and leverage data for decision making
• Ability to build strong relationships across geographies, roles, and levels
• Entrepreneurial energy and commitment to the firm's mission and values
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Outstanding communication and proactivity in engaging senior leadership
