We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Product Owner to drive business value through innovative data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define & Communicate Product Vision: Lead the vision and roadmap for data products, aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Lead Data Product Development: Manage the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation to deployment, leveraging Roche’s IT/OT ecosystems for stable, automated solutions.
- Drive Value Delivery & Prioritization: Develop prioritized product backlogs, guiding teams to deliver scalable, reusable data products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure Governance & Compliance: Guarantee data products adhere to Roche’s data quality standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, GxP).
- Champion Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams,



fostering harmonization and mentoring other Data Product Owners.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of agile experience designing and delivering complex data solutions.
- 4+ years as a Product Owner or Data Analyst, preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of data management on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of data architectures, data modeling, data integration (e.g., data mesh, data warehousing), and SDLC/CSV.
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead teams in an agile setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
