As a Senior Software Engineer in Perk’s Identity Experience squad, you will own provisioning and HRIS integrations end-to-end, ensuring reliable onboarding for general customers. You’ll shape the integration and provisioning roadmap, design scalable systems, and drive reliability across third-party data flows. You’ll collaborate with enterprise customers, other squads, and CS to deliver frictionless identity onboarding. The role blends architecture, platform design, and hands-on engineering with a focus on observability and resilience.

• Own integration architecture and deployment for provisioning and sync systems
• Design and implement HRIS connectors and SCIM 2.0 provisioning pipelines
• Drive reliability and observability practices across integration systems
• Mentor colleagues and participate in design reviews
• Coordinate with Enterprise customers and cross-functional squads to align on onboarding workflows
• Lead across boundaries to ensure consistent ownership of user state and data sync
Responsabilidades
• Experience with integration engineering in a scale environment

• Backend engineering excellence including distributed state management and migrations
• Experience with or interest in AI-augmented workflows and agentic coding
• Ability to communicate with enterprise customers and influence roadmaps
• Knowledge of observability, SLOs, and incident response
