As an IT System Engineer in Madrid, you will provide dedicated on-site and remote support for hospital clients, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring professional service. You will manage installation documentation, equipment, and test results, while coordinating with Ru0026amp;D to resolve issues and assess risk. You’ll ensure proper communication of project features and forward documentation to all stakeholders. This role combines hands-on IT and cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare setting.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide on-site and remote IT system support for hospital clients
• Maintain installation docs and manage equipment, tests, and reporting (Service Now)
• Identify and communicate risk analyses and issues




• Collaborate with Ru0026D to resolve problems and perform risk assessments
• Coordinate documentation flow to all stakeholders and ensure project features are communicated
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of professional experience managing complex customers and hospital workflows
• Strong IT network and domain knowledge
• Experience xqbhyrx with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, SQL, Scripting, DNS servers
• Excellent customer-focused and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus
• Oracle DBA or Oracle database expertise could be a plus
