As a Full Stack Engineer at ThetaRay, you will build scalable data pipelines, backend services, and AI-assisted workflows central to our financial crime detection platform. You’ll work across backend, data processing, and frontend layers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven analytics at scale. You will design microservices and AI agent architectures that automate investigative tasks while contributing to modern web UI components. This role offers impact by strengthening financial system safety through cutting-edge tech and scalable systems.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build large-scale data pipelines and backend services using Python
• Develop distributed data processing systems for large financial datasets
• Design microservices architectures including AI Agent architectures with tool-calling to automate investigative workflows
• Contribute to modern web applications and UI components using React, Next.js, or Angular




• Contribute to scalable distributed architectures and event-driven systems using standard protocols (like MCP) to connect agents with enterprise data
• Work with distributed databases and scalable storage systems
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years experience developing data platforms or backend systems using Python/Java
• Experience building data pipelines or working with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Pandas)
• Experience designing microservices architectures, including agentic design patterns (e.g., ReAct)
• Experience xqbhyrx working with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience contributing to frontend applications using React, Next.js, or Angular
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering to accelerate the SDLC
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for developer tooling
• Fluent in Spanish and strong English communication (written and spoken)
