In this role you will contribute to the design and analysis of bridges and structures within a global, multidisciplinary team. You will be involved from feasibility through detailed design on transportation infrastructure projects across regions, applying standards and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency. You’ll collaborate with public and private clients, contribute to constructability considerations, and grow in a technically advanced environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Perform structural analysis and modeling using specialized software and verify results against load combinations and limit states
• Assist in preparation of calculation reports, quantities, and sketches, and participate in quality reviews to ensure accuracy and minimize rework
• Contribute to conceptual studies and to preliminary and detailed design in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Apply international standards (AASHTO, AREMA, British/Australian codes) and incorporate constructability considerations into designs
• Engage in technical meetings to validate assumptions and constraints and support digital efficiency through templates, parameterization, and basic scripts
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in civil engineering is a plus; other engineering degrees considered
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative and resilience xqbhyrx
• Good organizational skills to work under strict timelines and adapt to different leadership styles
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of engineering software for structures is favorable
