In this Technical Consultant role, you will deliver Global Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara customers under defined Statements of Work. You will help ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operations and design robust technical solutions with independent judgment. Working with project managers, internal teams, customers, and partners, you will provide clear status updates, high‑quality deliverables, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery
• Strong expertise in storage solutions, particularly mainframe environments; open systems experience a plus
• Ability xqbhyrx to translate high‑level designs into detailed technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, accountable mindset
• Confident in communicating complex technical concepts clearly
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and with global teams
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly
