In this role, you connect global TechOps cyber security with site-level manufacturing operations to ensure compliant, secure operations. You will promote OT security awareness and weave enterprise security initiatives into local processes without disrupting production. Your work helps Roche advance its digital and operational excellence vision across manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and strengthen cyber resilience in a complex pharmaceutical environment. This is an opportunity to shape secure manufacturing in a world-class organization.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing site operations and the PTE cyber security/digital teams




• Ensure site-level compliance with corporate cyber security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Drive seamless rollout of global enterprise security initiatives, adapting them to local manufacturing needs
• Elevate OT security awareness among site staff and foster a cyber-vigilant culture
Responsabilidades
• xqbhyrx Proven background in manufacturing operations with awareness of Cyber Security/OT Security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to bridge global strategies and local execution
• Proactive approach to compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Fluency in English (global team collaboration)
