In this role you will advance secure data extraction work by reverse engineering web and mobile apps, bypassing anti-bot measures where appropriate. You’ll develop Python-based tools and techniques to analyze cryptographic functions and security protocols. Collaborating with a fast-moving team, you’ll push the boundaries of stealth scraping and protocol understanding to stay ahead of evolving defenses. This position offers impact in a leading consumer intelligence context and a path to shape secure data workflows.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Reverse engineering and decompilation of web and mobile apps (APK/IPA) to reveal inner workings and crypto logic
• Evaluate and bypass anti-bot security protocols (TLS, HTTP/2, HTTP/3, WebSockets, DoH, session management) to enhance data extraction
• Develop custom Python scripts and frameworks to automate bypasses and adapt security as needed
• Implement stealth scraping techniques (browser patching, headless evasion, proxy tunneling, human-behavior emulation)
• Regularly test, disrupt, and improve scraping tools to keep pace with defenses
