In this role, you develop and optimize electrical simulation models to ensure wind turbines meet global grid requirements. You work with industry-standard tools to study grid integration, stability, and harmonics, and you validate models against real data. You collaborate with TSOs to implement model needs, automate model development, and provide feedback to product teams to improve turbine-grid interaction. This position offers the chance to contribute to scalable, compliant wind energy solutions.

• Develop and maintain electrical simulation models using PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, or PSS/E
• Perform grid integration studies focusing on stability and harmonics
• Validate and benchmark models against real-world data and grid requirements
• Collaborate with Transmission System Operators to interpret and implement model requirements
• Automate model development and study processes to improve efficiency
• Provide technical feedback to product development based on grid compliance insights
• Apply power systems and control theory to enhance model quality and turbine-grid interaction
Responsabilidades
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar
• Experience with EMT and RMS modelling in PSCAD, PSS/E or DIgSilent PowerFactory
• Several years of customer-facing experience handling electrical models and simulations
• Experience with xqbhyrx interconnection studies and requirements
• Intercultural collaboration across functions and geographies
• Fluent English (spoken/written); Spanish and/or German a plus
• Good communication skills; proactive, assertive, and a team player
