In this role you lead the ICSR management team for designated projects, ensuring effective task distribution and workflow. You collaborate with clients to support ICSR activities and contribute to the company’s objectives. You supervise deviations, monitor trackers and timesheets, and participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC. As the team SME, you may support other departments and act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and PRLS for the designated language. This role combines leadership with hands-on ICSR operations to drive efficiency and quality.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects and line-manage ICSR staff




• Distribute tasks across projects and oversee workflow
• Ensure effective cooperation with clients in ICSR management
• Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
• Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead
• Review trackers and xqbhyrx timesheet data for accuracy
• Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
• Support other departments as approved by ICSR Operational Lead
• Serve as the assigned team SME
• Support RA u0026 PV Network Department as needed, including acting as LCPPV and PRLS as agreed
