In this role you will engage high-priority inbound leads from and conversations with director-level stakeholders to understand business needs and initiatives. You’ll qualify opportunities and smoothly transition them to Account Executives to ensure a world-class client experience. You will support campaign-driven outreach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use CRM and engagement tools to track opportunities while developing your skills through mentorship and training. This is a growth-focused role with clear impact on sales velocity and customer outcomes.

• Engage inbound leads from to qualify interest and fit
• Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate opportunities
• Execute email outreach and outbound calls to enrich lead data and understand initiatives and priorities




• Route and assign leads using internal tools and Territory Management
• Deliver opportunity summaries and client expectations to partnering teams
• Coordinate with sales executives to progress leads through the sales cycle
• Track opportunities in CRM and engagement platforms

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of business experience; IT space is a plus
• Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills xqbhyrx
• Project management skills
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong will to win and executive presence
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
